DEPOSITS: Your initial deposit, herein referred to as the “Retainer Fee” reserves your service at the negotiated price and is non refundable. Final balance is due prior to delivery of service or product. Any modifications must be submitted in writing and be approved with administrator.

Commercial Use Policy

Photography purchased through will be provided instantly upon completed purchase through the site and acquired by the client through download. The Photographer reserves the full copyright to all the photos. However, the Photographer grants the Client (i.e. buyers through the website) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Photos for limited commercial use only, which allows the Client to use the image(s) for print, advertisement, and media through website and published materials for business purposes. Sale or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted images to third parties by the Client is specifically prohibited without the prior written consent of the Photographer.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the item must fail to meet requirements as specified on item description or contact. Any physical items sold such as books from other authors may have their own return policy, however we require all authors to provide a similar policy in that any approved returns will either be refunded or exchanged for a like item at the customer’s request. Items may only be returned if purchased through the website.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (usually sent through email). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days depending on your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet within the specified time frame, first check your bank account within 2 days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we’ll be happy to assist.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you as a coupon to be applied towards your next purchase. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Depending on the product, return addresses will be provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
